Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. Product availability is subject to change without notice. Images and descriptions are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product.

Orders and Payment

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Orders are subject to verification and fraud screening.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. For products with special handling requirements (such as rumen fluid), additional restrictions may apply — please review product-specific details or contact us before ordering.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order. Return eligibility, restocking fees, and refund procedures vary by product type and condition. Biological products (including rumen fluid) are non-returnable due to their perishable nature. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.

Limitation of Liability

Bar Diamond, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Products are sold for their intended agricultural and veterinary research purposes only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canyon County, Idaho.
